[FLNK MAGAZINE] ALL(H)OURS INTERVIEW
ALL(H)OURS, who debuted with the determination to ‘show everything we have in every moment’, is gaining attention for their powerful performances and stable live vocals on stage.
We visited their practice room where they spent numerous hours creating the high-quality stage. FLNK MAGAZINE captured these seven boys who are ready to run into a broader world beyond the practice room.

Q. How was the photo shoot with FLNK MAGAZINE?
[YOUMIN] It was a unique and enjoyable experience shooting in the practice room where we only practice. I hope we get another chance to shoot in the practice room like this again.
Q. Let's talk about your practice in the practice room. Who usually leads the dance practice sessions?
[YOUMIN] ON:N, XAYDEN and I primarily handle it. When we need to create a formation or make progress on choreography, we usually lay the groundwork first and then proceed together.
[XAYDEN] We mainly communicate the details of choreography and the movements’ feeling to the members. We're also interested in choreographing ourselves, and thanks to the company offering diverse opportunities, we've been creating choreography recently.
Q. What inspired you to dream of becoming a musician?
[XAYDEN] When I was young, I watched a lot of music shows. One day, I saw EXO sunbaenim(the senior)'s stage for <Growl>, and KAI sunbaenim looked so cool that I wanted to become an idol from that moment. However, I felt ashamed to tell my mom that I want to go to a dance academy or try singing. And then when I was in the 2nd year of middle school, I thought , "Why don't I try something fun since we only live once?" I mustered the courage to join a dance academy, and from then on, I started preparing in earnest.
[KUNHO] A friend from the same school was a trainee, and that's when I first became aware of the existence of trainees. It was like, "Oh, there's a process one must go through to become an idol". It seemed different, intriguing. In middle school, I even danced with friends in a talent show, but watching a friend earnestly preparing for it was quite inspiring . That's how it all began.
[HYUNBIN] I properly started my journey after watching Stray Kids' music video for <God's Menu> because they were all admirable on it. Particularly, HYUNJIN sunbaenim is my role model. Not only is he incredibly good-looking, but his dance moves are impressive.

Q. The lyrics for the last track of the debut album, <ALL OURS>, were written by all of you. What's the story about, and could you share the process of the project?
[KUNHO] It's a story of our journey from when we first met to becoming ALL(H)OURS. It's our real story. Well, we were working on a different song before <ALL OURS>, but it got discontinued. So we approached <ALL OURS> with even more affection. We poured our sincerity into the song so as not to miss the chance.
[XAYDEN] At the beginning, we gathered to outline the story and decided on the overall vibe. Then, we individually wrote lyrics, created melodies for each part, and finally combined everything. Instead of individual preferences, we focused on finding melodies and lyrics that suited the song itself. We exchanged feedback and adjusted to make it come out well.
[YOUMIN] While working on the song together, we even practiced overnight together for the first time, creating many enjoyable memories. Writing this song made us closer, and it felt like we became more friendly with each other.
Q. You’re dressed with your personal items today. Everyone looks fashionable, but please let us know who among you is the most interested in fashion?
[KUNHO] XAYDEN and MASAMI love fashion the most.
[XAYDEN] I prefer a hip style, but I enjoy all genres. I like trying out new styles. Occasionally, there might be moments where I think, "Oh, this is weird," but I believe it all as part of the experience. If there are clothes that don't fit me or I don't wear, I sometimes give them to the other members.
[MASAMI] I really love punk style. I also enjoy browsing clothes, and I often go to vintage shops with XAYDEN and MINJE.

Q. You’re currently living together in a dorm. Who are roommates with whom?
[KUNHO] KUNHO, HYUNBIN, and ON:N share room number 1. We share a room because we all have a habit of sleeping soundly. Also, once we fall asleep, we don't really notice and sleep well whatever others are doing.
[ON:N] Since I'm still a high school student and have to go to school early in the morning, I set my alarm loudly. Even though I’m up, KUNHO hyung(the elder brother) and HYUNBIN never seem to wake up. (laughs)
[MINJE] The second room is shared by me and XAYDEN. Unlike room 1, we are light sleepers and don't have specific sleep habits. Also, our tastes in games, room decor, and sense of humor are very aligned so it makes our bedtime conversations filled with laughter.
[MASAMI] YOUMIN and I share the third room. We both prefer a quiet atmosphere, so we decided to room together. Well, I liked the idea of grouping the sleep habit members in one room. (laughs) Despite our different personalities, YOUMIN and I get along well, and our conversations are always enjoyable.
Q. Who turned out to be the most different from your first impression? Shall we point at the same time? One, two, three! (Members point) XAYDEN and YOUMIN received three votes each.
[HYUNBIN] The first time I met XAYDEN hyung, he was wearing a beanie, and when he took it off, his long and curly hair came out. It was like Chapagetti hair. I was quite surprised, but then I noticed his deep voice, and I was like "Oh, he seems a bit tough”. But now I know, he's soft-hearted, and has a lot of aegyo.
[ON:N] When I first met YOUMIN hyung, he had a somewhat angular image, a bit like a soldier, with short hair. However, as we became closer, I realized he's softer than I initially thought. He is playful and has a mischievous side.

Q. What kind of group would ALL(H)OURS like to be?
[KUNHO] We want to become a versatile group that is synonymous with 'performance.' We are working hard to deliver performances that seamlessly blend dance, singing, and rap, hoping to uplift and give strength to many people.
[XAYDEN] We aim to be a group with charisma that excels on stage, exuding a relaxed vibe. Moreover, we want to showcase unexpected charms when we step off the stage.
Q. Please tell us about the charm of the member next to you.
[MINJE] MASAMI is exceptionally good at Korean to the extent to be mistaken as a Korean in Japan. But he’s cute with a slightly clumsy charm, getting lost on the way home in Japan.
[MASAMI] I've spent more time in Korea recently and it hasn't been long since I moved in Japan. (laughs) ON:N is cute. He has a lot of talent and aegyo, and he's handsome. He's my favorite.
[ON:N] XAYDEN hyung might look forceful on the outside, but he's a very gentle person inside. I think his contrasting charm, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is quite appealing.
[XAYDEN] Our HYUNBIN is cute. And when he smiles, his mouth forms a heart shape. It's really attractive.
[HYUNBIN] Our leader KUNHO hyung takes care of us really well and has excellent leadership. Despite being the oldest, he treats us comfortably and fun, like a friend.
[KUNHO] YOUMIN is an energizer who can cheer us up when we're tired. He has a contrasting charm too. While XAYDEN is like fried chicken, YOUMIN is spicy seasoned chicken.
[YOUMIN] MINJE's pure charm is the most significant. And he's so cute.

Q. FLNK combines FAN and LINK, and it’s a platform that connects fans and artists. How would ALL(H)OURS like to connect with fans in the future?
[YOUMIN] As you know, our debut song is <으랏차차(GOTCHA)>. I hope fans support us always growing with the spirit of ‘으랏차차(GOTCHA)’. Also, we want to give strength to our fans which we received from the fans. It would be great if we could establish a relationship where we mutually support and rely on each other.
[XAYDEN] I hope that our time would merge with the time of our fans through our music, connecting each other in our shared moments. Just like the meaning of our group name, ALL(H)OURS, which signifies 'every time, all ours'.
