[FLNK MAGAZINE] NA INWOO Interview
Actor NA INWOO has the power to make people feel good. It's not just because of his clear and refreshing smile. Throughout the entire interview with FLNK Magazine, he carefully answered every question, and from him, we could feel the unique vitality of someone who puts sincerity into everything they do.

Q. Today's photoshoot had a homebody concept. What differences would you find between INWOO in today’s photoshoot and INWOO at home?
I don't think I smile this brightly at home. My personality, of course, has a bright side, but there are also many serious moments. The similarity would be lying around. (laughs) Since it wasn't much different from how I usually am at home, I could shoot naturally.
Q. You recently had fan meetings in Thailand and Japan.
It was my second fan meeting in Thailand, so I felt like hanging out with my friends. The fan meeting in Japan was the first one, so I wanted to show who I am. I tried to get closer to the fans by showing myself to them as soon as possible.
Q. You must have prepared a lot for the fan meetings. Did you come up with any ideas yourself?
It was my idea to sing Japanese songs at the fan meeting event in Japan. I wasn't going to play the guitar because my hands hurt. But it was my first fan meeting in Japan, and I didn't know when I'd go again, so I played the guitar. And I asked the production to make something to communicate with the fans as much as possible. I got a lot of questions and played games with the fans. I loved it.
Q. Why do you think fans of different ages and nationalities love you so much?
I have no idea at all. I always ask them. When I ask, "What makes you like me?", then they say “You're cute!” (You may disagree) No, I don't. (You like manly styles) It’s not like that. I’m that kind of person.

Q. You are a nature lover. Have you personally gone out to enjoy nature recently?
No, because I can enjoy nature when I go to <1 Night 2 Days>. Also, I'm a homebody, you know. I can see flowers near my house, and Seoul is good at it. I don’t have to go far. I think I usually feel satisfied with that. There are a lot of dogs walking on the road, a lot of street cats, and flowers bloom every season.
Q. Which do you prefer, the mountain or the sea?
I like both, but I like mountains better. The sea is a little scary because I can't see the end of it, and the mountain is not like that.
Q. You have several guitars. Do you also trade secondhand?
I'm only doing it when I sell it. I’ve been selling one for three months, but it’s still on sale. Maybe because it's a guitar specialized in Metal. Also these days, guitars have become so good that there are many better-quality guitars. So I'm just playing it.

Q. Did you find something new about yourself through the character you played?
I didn't know when I was young, but I realized that I am quite cool when I played in <I've Been Waiting for You for a Long Time.> I played an intuitive character and discovered myself that I didn't even know. Oh, I'm cooler than I thought, I hate ambiguous things, and sometimes I'm indecisive but I lead the situation when things come up. Something like that.
Q. What do you think of getting to know yourself like that?
It makes me tired. When I notice one of the various me inside, I feel complicated. I already have a lot on my mind. You know, if I didn't know, I wouldn't care. But after realizing it, it concerns me.

Q. Are you still interested in maintaining your composure these days?
Yes, always.
Q. Why do you think so?
I like that saying, "Don’t let emotions become attitudes." Because we're not living alone. I can do whatever I want if I live alone, but that's not how it works. We need to respect each other.
Q. When did you start thinking like that?
When I was young, I was like, "Be patient, be patient, be patient." I think I can tell you like I answered earlier, when I have to "Describe to yourself what that feeling was” after growing up.
Q. Then how do you feel playing the role of venting without holding back unlike usual?
When it comes to acting in a way that's bad for others, I think to myself that I shouldn't be that person or that I should never behave like that.

Q. FLNK is a combination of FAN and LINK, and it is a platform that connects fans and artists. How do you want to connect with your fans in the future?
Regardless of my profession, I hope we can just have fun and live happily together. We’re in a relationship of a fan and an artist now, but I could retire later. If we meet by chance then, I hope that we always get old happily person to person.
