We announce winners of [6/28 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT] ARTMS(아르테미스) as below.

✅ Please refer to the guideline for winners’ message below and send a KakaoTalk message to the b.stage+ KakaoTalk account within the specified deadline. If you do not send the message within the deadline, you may not be able to participate in the video call event.

※Guideline for winners’ message

1. Add b.stage+ KakaoTalk ID

2. Send your information for ID check via KakaoTalk message
   If the information you provide differs from the winner's details in the [Custom Fields], you can’t participate in the event. Please ensure that the information you send matches exactly what you provided in the [Custom Fields] during your purchase.

- Koreans: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID, student ID(minors in Korea)

- Foreigner: Passport(before the expiration date), alien registration card

*Only the actual ID card with the photo attached is valid. (copy or image not allowed)

*Only valid identification documents will be accepted before the expiration date.

*Identification documents can only be verified if the name is written in Korean or English.

✅Only the winner can participate in this event, and it is not allowed to transfer their chance to attend the event. If the information provided by the winners does not match the information on their ID cards, they will not be able to participate in the event.

✅One day after the deadline, b.stage+ will send a confirmation message.

✅On the event day, we will respond you to your KakaoTalk message before the event.

✅Due to on-site circumstances, video call may be conducted using other KakaoTalk IDs instead of the one we initially contacted.

✅Winner's email address below is your email address you filled in on [Custom Fields] when purchasing. 

✅Must bring: ID card

[Notice for VIDEOCALL EVENT Participants]

• Please allow your KakaoTalk ID to be searchable.

• Responsibility for issues arising from an inaccurate KakaoTalk ID provided during the purchase lies with the individual.

• The video call start time may be subject to change depending on the on-site situation. Please wait 30 minutes before the start time of the video call. If you do not receive the video call more than twice in your designated order, decline or end the call, it's not possible to give you another chance.

• We'll check your ID before the video call. Please bring your ID card as below. If your information and ID are different, you can’t participate in the event.

• Once the designated time for each video call is over, the call will be ended. Depending on the on-site situation, the call may be forcibly terminated by the staff.

• If two or more people participate in one video call session, and if the conversation is deemed inappropriate, the video call may be abruptly terminated.

• Recording or broadcasting of the video call and related live streaming is prohibited.

• Please check the status of your network connection and the condition of your device, including the camera and microphone, for a smooth call in advance. b.stage+ is not responsible for any disruptions in video calls due to the participant's network connection, camera, or microphone issues.

• The details of the event may change without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the organizer. Please understand that the modified event schedule may be announced right before the event.

• Due to unavoidable circumstances or scheduling conflicts, some members may be unable to participate. Please note that such announcements may be made right before the event. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
